Multiterm 2009中关于输入简繁体时词条的问题

在使用Multiterm 2009时，我遇到这样一个问题：
假设有两个有相同的词条的terminology文件，txt格式，一个是EN-ZHCN，另一个是EN-ZHTW，IMPORT进Multiterm选择新词汇MERGE的时候，两种翻译全会被软件分到Chinese PRC里，请问有没有方法解决？
