Hello Meixia,

有关室温黑啤的来源，爱尔兰／英格兰的健力士是其中一个黑啤名牌。我在此论坛的其他主题已曾介绍过。
健力士生啤被认为凉爽时饮用最佳，而不是冰镇之后。应缓慢倒酒且呈45°角； 倒至四分之三时停下，静置后至少一分鐘再将整杯加满。在最后加满时，龙头把手应向前推，而不是向后拉。这将产生其能够持续至最后一口的乳脂状泡沫。完美的一杯/品脱的泡沫应充满杯沿且没有溢出。最近的广告活动宣称“倒完美的一杯/品脱（健力士）需要119.6秒”。但这种“缓慢的”倒法存在于爱尔兰和英国，多数美国酒吧（并非所有）似乎忽视了这项必需的“缓慢倒法”。一些酒保也会在缓慢倒酒过程中给泡沫上画写简单图案，如比较常见的三叶草和竖琴的图案。

你想喝冰凉啤酒，可以叫 Oktoberfest。 相信无论是 Cape Cod 的 Falmouth 或者英国南部的 Falmouth 都有供应。这绝对不算挑剔，大部分德国人（或半个德国人）都喜欢冰的。加拿大、英国、美国、甚至中国的同仁，都喜欢室温黑啤。（听说以前国内啤酒无分黑白，都是室温的 ）

多年前我访问慕尼克著名的十月啤酒节時，热情的德国朋友说，必须喝这种冰镇啤酒才算应节。

那只好盛情难却了！

谢谢你对室温黑啤的介绍，有机会一定会试一试。
在德国我们也多采用“缓慢倒法”，用舌尖来感触洁白丰富的啤酒泡沫绝对是一种享受。我个人喜欢黑啤，不过更偏爱红葡萄酒。

.....雖然現在是8月，但是Proz 的moderator已經開始新一年的工作了。

My hunch was both of you would continue on for the next term when I first read David's post this morning, and indeed that was the case.
