A hilarious list of "rules for better writing" has been around for a while, see e.g. http://www.ampersandcom.com/GeorgeLeposky/rules.html

There is also an excellent Italian version due to the late Umberto Eco.

Do you know any equivalent in other languages?

What do you mean, "due to" Eco? That could either mean that the Italian version exists as a consequence of the existence of Eco, or that the Italian version is somehow something that is owed to Eco (even though he's dead). Which is is?
