You never know, Chris. Chefs are annoyingly notorious for innovation, desperate to stand out from the crowd, as anybody who's translated any foodie stuff in the last few years will be aware. Dandelion and walnut sauce with roast sea bream? Why not? Broccoli and Tabasco ice cream? Bring it on. So burnt cheese 'n' cod cake might be a possibility. Nigella? | |

She's already got a recipe for spaghetti with marmite, surprisingly tasty and with lot of umami flavour, and she occasionally grates cheese on fish-based pasta sauces, a huge no-no in Italian cuisine. Marmite goes with everything. Even with Jamie Oliver's chorizo paella.
