Enter the Hall of Horrors for words some of our customers use to call us: vendor, provider, language provider, resource, foreign language vendor, etc.
Now, THERE's a Word that curls my toes. All my life I've associated "vendor" with peanuts or ice cream and similar sold in the street... or maybe a vending machine. Definitely NOT a university-educated language service provider.
