Around 7, since february. Nov 5, 2021

I used to wake up whenever I wanted, with no pattern at all.
But we got two puppies this year. Now, I HAVE to sleep before midnight, and I HAVE to wake up around 7, simply because they won't let be sleep beyond that.
And you know what? I'm very thankful for that!
