Hi everyone,
I have managed to use the database converter but only projects upto 2010 are shown in TO3000 V11.
Can anyone advise?

Hi Alex,
Many thanks for your reply.
I have followed the instructions and used the converter. However, only very old projects (up to 2010) are displayed in TO3000 V11 which makes me think that the database version from TO3000 V8 is not updated. Do you know how to update it?
I have created a backup file but when I try to import to into TO3000 V11 the program stops working immediately.

I seem to remember you have to run the update scripts one by one, from V8 to 9, then 9 to 10, etc.
If that doesn't work, open a support ticket with AIT.

Many thanks again for your reply and your help. Will running the scripts update also the DB? I was able to convert the DB but somehow it only displays very old entries.
Somehow the TO3000 V8 database does not reflect the actual contents.

Did you update the DB starting with the script for V8?

I came across this post because I have recently installed version 11 (from 10) and I am struggling to work out what to do. In the T03000 knowledge base, it says to "Run Database Converter (can be found in the program's Start menu folder)" - but where is the start menu folder? I can find nothing that says "Database Converter." Can anyone assist?
