Trados TM Server as outsourced service?

Does anybody know a company that offers TM Server as an online service for companies/translators/agencies?

Just as an explanation:
TM Server allows a group of translator to use the same TM over the Internet or an Intranet at real time.

I heard something regarding a company in Denmark that offers this, but I can't find anything.
