Duplicate of same sentence

Hi all

when i use the Alt + (+) (Set/Close next Open/Get)during translating a sentence some sentences are be duplicated many times , and i dont know what to do , but when i open each cell by "Open/Get" and close it by "Set/Close" it work very well

Can you please provide more details?

- Which Trados version are you using (full version number please - go to Help - About... to check)?

- Which file format are we talking about?

- If it's MS Word - which Word version are you using?

i Tried to change the file from rtf to doc

Tried to change the file from rtf to doc

Why?
Does the same problem occur when you keep it in RTF format?
Is this a specially-formatted file?

The Trados version is 6.5.1.406

Trados 6.5.1 , full version

6.5.1 is outdated, and contained numerous bugs - no idea if this is related, though. 6.5.1 was replaced by 6.5.2.417 at the beginning of the year (which in turn was upgraded to 6.5.5.438/439 recently). See the Download section on TranslationZone for details.

My question was whether the problem persists if you leave the file in RTF.

now i can install the Trados 6.5.5 , i have it on my Machine
but is it will fix many bugs and if so as What?

As I said above, I don't know if your problem is related to 6.5.1. Having said that, 6.5.2 and 6.5.5 fixed a number of known bugs - see this KB article for more details.

Once again: does the problem occur in RTF?
Also, I'm not 100% certain if I understand what exactly happens - can you provide a more detailed description?
