What is the hourly rate for Hebrew-English voiceover work?

Hello! I was contacted by an agency asking what my hourly rate was for voiceover work. I haven't done any before, so what is a decent rate for this kind of work? I am doing Hebrew - English, which is somewhat hard to find here in Miami, Florida.

In general language pairs, hourly rate shall be a guideline. Determine your own a decent hourly labor price.
