How you’ll make an impact

The Project Manager is a dynamic role managing various multilingual projects committed to exceeding customer expectations. Collaborating closely with our production team, they drive efficient delivery while proactively identifying avenues for growth. From project inception to fruition, they play a pivotal role in every phase, ensuring seamless execution and maximizing client satisfaction. As the primary liaison between customers, internal teams, external partners, and business development, they cultivate strong relationships and drive mutual success.

Functions: 


#BetheCustomer: Be eager to understand each client's unique needs and expectations in every project. Associated tasks:
Analyze, set-up, and schedule multilingual translation and localization projects for assigned customers.
Provide client support throughout the project, set up and manage customer expectations.
#ThinkBigger: Maintain a broad, flexible, and strategic perspective to optimize processes and outcomes. Associated tasks: 
Solve production-related issues.
Conduct post-mortem meetings with the project teams and with the customer; create action plans following a project issue.
#WorkSmarter: Utilize efficient and effective methods to achieve goals more intelligently and effectively. Associated tasks:
Final check-in assigned projects. Make sure that the deliverables are according to the client’s needs.

Requirements: 


Formal Education: 

Advanced student or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Tourism, Translation or related fields. 


Skills: 

Communication: Excellent English and Spanish oral and written skills.  
Adaptability and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Efficiency: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.
Reliability: Time management skills to meet client’s schedules.
Innovation: Technology-savvy and eager to improve efficiency.
Appreciation and Inclusion: Demonstrates respect for and appreciation of different cultural perspectives, and respect for various perspectives based on geographic differences.
Motivation & Drive: High energy level with strong results orientation. Driven to take action, innovate, and get things done!

Background: 

1-4 years of working experience as a Project Manager -Lead or Coordinator - in a similar industry 
Experience working in an international environment with remote teams
Experience working in a fast-paced working environment and under pressure
Knowledge of translation management tools is a plus
