Opis posla:

1. Translating a short document from English to French Creole, specifically for La Reunion island, anywhere in the Caribbean except Haiti (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Antilles, etc.), or Louisiana. We will consider applicants who translate into ANY of these variants. The document is a set of warehouse instructions for a major U.S. retailer, with 285 source words, needed ASAP.

2. An ongoing need for this same client:
Language: English into French Creole for the Caribbean (other than Haiti), La Reunion island, and/or Louisiana
Content type: Translations for the communications department of a major U.S. retailer, including, but not limited to: internal/external messaging, intranet content, extranet content, video subtitles, policies, 3rd party scripts, and signage.
Volume: ongoing, up to 2,500 words per day. *This is a 1099 position, but it is for 40 hours a week and paid at an hourly rate: you would be paid for 40 hours each week REGARDLESS of the volume, and can work on freelance projects for your other clients when the volume is low.*
Working hours are 8 am-5 pm U.S. Central Time (with a break). Must be available via e-mail, phone, and instant messaging during those hours.
