Dubbing and lip sync studios needed for TV series localization

We have received a quote request from the potential client. They have an online film platform and are considering entering the India-Pakistan market with Turkish series. For that they are planning to localize them from Turkish into Hinglish (a mix of mostly Hindi with implementation of English words) .

It is agreed that we will evaluate and give them the approximate quote till tomorrow Jan. 24.

They will need a full localization: TE (Translation +editing) of the source script from TR into Hinglish + script adaptation for dubbing with lip sync/phrase sync and then Voiceover of multiple roles. Skills like mixing will also be a big plus.

Details:
5 Turkish series
Number of episode: 30-35 episodes in each series
Series duration: 2-2.5 hours per episode
Number of voice actors needed: 6-8 people (of different age and gender)

1) Do you have an experience in dubbing films/TV series before? Please specify a few examples.
2) Can you provide a full localization process with all services mentioned?
3) Please specify your rates for each stage that you can provide:
• TE ( 2 independent linguists for Translation and Editing) per source word (or per minute of audio) of the script from Turkish into Hinglish;
• Script adaptation for lip sync (so it matches the actors lips movement) per minute of audio;
• Dubbing rates per minute or per hour (for big volumes);
• Voice-over per minute or per hour (for big volumes).
