Hi. I'm using Boostlingo app to take calls. However, there is a significant decrease in calls recently. I have taken almost zero call for the last 10 days. Is this a normal situation? Or maybe some organizations have stopped working with Boostligo? Or is it because its holiday time in the Usa and Canada?

It could be simply one of the oldest dirty tricks in the Buyers' Handbook: make sure that you have always far more suppliers than you actually need - that way there is a highest probability that someone will always be available.
The fact that most of the 'suppliers / service providers' will then be just dwindling theirs thumbs most of the time is NOT Boostlingo's problem, as they don't pay for their 'waiting time'.
