Errore nella battitura di un nome

Buonasera,
devo tradurre un certificato di laurea dall'italiano allo spagnolo, purtroppo ho notato che il nome del proprietario è stato scritto male (Elesa invece di Elisa), sono costretta a riportare il nome sbagliato (Elesa) giusto?

purtroppo se la traduzione deve essere successivamente asseverata, devi riportare nella traduzione lo stesso errore. Tuttavia, credo che potresti segnalarlo al cliente che può sempre richiedere la modifica al Comune. In questo modo, se la pratica non andasse a buon fine perché il nome risulta errato (molto probabile), il cliente non avrà speso soldi inutilmente e tu avrai avuto un comportamento professionale segnalandoglielo in anticipo.
