What does it do better than Google Translate Toolkit ? May 4, 2015

I registered and went around in it, very much looking forward to the webinar to discover this.
The isn't a single dictionary to Chinese...

This is much more than Google Translate Toolkit. It's really a full fledged CAT tool with workflow and project management features.
Regarding the dictionaries, it's true that the language selection is not broad, but the same time, SmartCAT has some very robust terminology feature and you can really create some very complete glossaries with your existing data.
