Each volume consists of two sections: section I offers model contracts in original English, followed by a translation into Spanish; section II has model contracts in original Spanish followed by a translation into English. Both volumes cover a wide range of contracts (real property, mortgage, power of attorney, partnership agreement, etc.).



Unfortunately, there is no glossary index, so looking for a specific term is next to impossible. But the contracts are a great source of legal boilerplate (and all within the proper context).
