links to a 70-page master\'s thesis submitted to the Monterey Institute of International Studies in 2001, discussing the pros and cons of TM software, and when it is or isn\'t cost-effective to use. I have only glanced over it, so I can\'t vouch for its quality or depth, but it seems to be at least a good introduction to the subject.
